  14. You can't beat Halloween for ghostly, grim fun. I've got to have some of those baked rats and then give a party with the severed finger invites. Not sure I could swallow the eyeball . . . well, maybe if I could get it to wink, then down it while it wasn't staring at me. :-)

    Love the Halloween post. It stirred my holiday spirit and I actually decorated the house.

  16. I saw those invitations when I was planning our Halloween party. Ours is for kiddos- we've got green grog punch and silly games, but nothing too gruesome. We'll save that for when the kids are older!

    Last night at a party, I had some eyeballs: halved mozarella pearls with pimento olives in the center. They were yummy!

    Whn my Reesie got your book in the mail (with the card I'll keep forever), he said, "Is that Indiana Jones when he was a boy?"
