"If it gets crowded with all the books and there's nowhere to put your bed, it's better to exchange it for a folding bed."
~ Viktor Shklovsky
In honor of Valentine's Day, I think we should all choose a "book valentine". It can be your best-loved book or simply the book you'll be curling up with sometime today. I'll go first!
Best-loved = the INKHEART TRILOGY by Cornelia Funke
Book of the day = INNER DEMONS by Sara Cannon
The Peachville High series by Sara cannon is NOT one I would ever have chosen on my own. Karen Amanda Hooper was raving about it on Goodreads and then convinced me to move it up my TBR pile. I'm so glad she did. I was immediately hooked. I finished book one in a day and am now devouring book two. If you need a quick and addictive series to curl up with today, I recommend it!
Happy Valentine's Day!

I'm finishing up The Future of Us by Jay Asher and Carolyn Mackler today, and I'm so excited! Loving this book so far. Happy reading!
Love the quote. I also loved The Inkheart series. And just finished Andrea Cremer's series. And I loved The Future of Us. And, and, . . .
What a great question.
Best loved = Chronicles of Narnia
Book of the day = I'm in between. I just finished Airborn by Kenneth Oppel.
I'm deep into THE HOMECOMING OF SAMUEL LAKE by Jenny Wingfield today and adoring it. My best loved book of 2012 is OKAY FOR NOW by Gary Schmidt. It's a gem!
Not sure my husband would like idea of a folding bed, but I do like the image of a room full of books. Happy Valentine's Day.
BTW A very Happy Valentine's Day to you too doll :)
That quote is fabulous! I agree completely.
I can't choose a most-loved book, but the book I'm reading at the moment (and that I was reading yesterday, on Valentine's Day) is PAPER TOWNS by John Green. Excellent excellent stuff.
Love the new look of your blog! (Yes, I've been absent...)
But OH MY HECK I LOVE CORNELIA FUNKE. To be able to write like that...
I can't choose! With my husband I'm monogamous, but with books...
What a great quote! Maybe I could sleep on a futon, as if my room was full of books, where would I unfold the bed? *L*
