As I've been reading everyone's post this morning, I kept trying to figure out what my least fav word is.

You just said it for me. I do not like that word.

Tony Benson said...

I like your swear word. I think we all have different ways of pronouncing it :-)

You're the second person to say customer service. It would be a tough job to have, and for so little pay.

Angela said...

I agree with you on the least favorite word. Too many kids use it to put down other kids, and bullying makes me angry. Thanks for sharing.

Margo Benson said...

Great answers - you're right 'retard' is a horrid word!

Erinn said...

customer service.... yuck. that job would make me hate humanity.

Robyn Campbell said...

I love your answers, bff. They are cool answers, amigo. (You must have had your shades on while doing this post.)

UGH=customer service. Though I'd be nicer than they are.

(((hugs))) and kisses and loves.

Great answers, Shannon! I agree with you about the customer service and least favorite word.

I'm so with you on the word 'retard.' Just typing it felt wrong and degrading. And this is the first time I've seen 'the alarm clock' for #7 -- incredible! I think that's a universally agreed-upon crappy sound!

Daffodil! Love it!

Thanks for playing along!!

I love the sound of my kids laughing too. It's such a happy sound.

Aw I love what God would say to you!!! You're pretty awesome.

I said alarm clock too.

Good answer on "retard." "Invalid" (in reference to a person) is a horrible word too. I'm glad we don't use either that much anymore.

Look at how adorable you are in your pink hair! I loved hearing your responses. I kept saying yep, yep, yep. Most of our answers were the same. I have stuff in common with the amazing Shannon O'Donnell! He he.

Ugh, alarm clocks. Worst. sound. ever.

The alarm clock, early in the morning, is definitely a terrible sound, in particular for night owls like me >:)

Yes I know that swear word. Use it quite often myself. The second alarm clock sound I have come across today. Have to agree with that one too. :)

I HATE waking up with my alarm clock!

Mean people get my goat too.
I'm also a crusader, so this is two stops in one.

Daffodil is a great word. I’m not sure if I’m familiar with that curse word.

Shelley Sly said...

You have wonderful answers! I hate the sound of the alarm clock, too. Even though I wake up to a song I like, I don't like it because it means I have to get up. :-P Also, daffodil is pretty awesome. :)

Kristin Rae said...

daffodil!! that would make a cute curse word too. haha.

Susan J. Reinhardt said...

Hi Shannon -

Great list!

One sound I dreaded before my roof was fixed: rain.

Blessings,
Susan :)

I agree with alarm clock, even though mine is my cell phone!

Raquel Byrnes said...

Wow, librarian or sportscaster? Those are two very different personality types. Introvert and extrovert...hmmm. I love your curse word. =)

Love your curse word & I totally agree with your 'hate' job! :)

DL Hammons said...

Your least favorite word makes my ears burn as well!! Nice answers!!

Corinne O said...

Nice list... I am with you on your least fave word. My goal is to make that word detestable to my kids as well. I hate it.

Loved your #10. That sounded like God there too.

thanks for sharing bits of you. Isn't it amazing how one word can say so much about a person. I like your answer about the God question.
